Supplier Responsibility Agreement
Vitopel is committed to conducting its business in an ethical and responsible manner. This Supplier Responsibility Code sets forth the expectations we have for our suppliers, based on respect and the ongoing pursuit of product and service development that adds value to Vitopel and strengthens the competitive position of the suppliers.
Vitopel’s suppliers must be evaluated through clear and non-discriminatory criteria. Every decision to supply products or services must have technical and/or economic support. To be accepted as a Vitopel supplier, the applicant must declare not to use child, degrading, or forced labor, present all required legal documents, and comply with the requirements established in Vitopel’s policies and procedures.

Our suppliers must adhere to the highest ethical standards and values, including transparency, quality, safety, and sustainability in all their operations.

Our suppliers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where they operate. Human Rights and Labor.

Our suppliers must be committed to looking after the planet, engaging in promoting positive environmental impacts, contributing to the conscious use of natural resources. Adopt sustainable business practices, minimizing the environmental impact of their operations.
5. Quality Standards and Innovation
Our suppliers must deliver products and/or services that meet or exceed agreed- upon quality standards. We encourage continuous innovation, aiming for constant improvements in products and processes.
6. Conflict of Interest
Our suppliers must avoid situations of conflicts of interest and immediately report any situation that may compromise the impartiality and integrity of their business decisions.
7. Confidentiality
Our suppliers must protect and respect the confidentiality of Vitopel do Brasil Ltda.’s business information.
8. Monitoring and Auditing
Vitopel reserves the right to monitor and audit suppliers’ compliance with this Code.
9. Penalty
Non-compliance with this Code may result in a review of the business relationship and, in severe cases, contract termination.
10. Communication
Our suppliers must disseminate this code to their relevant employees.
11.Continuous Improvement
We believe that excellence can be achieved through the development of people. through training, and the optimization of processes through continuous improvement tools, research, and innovation.
12.Process Safety
Ensure safety in the execution of processes, products, and services, coordinating them through defined goals and objectives to provide reliability.
