We present our Delivery Policy to seek better results for our partnership.

Pay close attention to the recommendations and avoid unforeseen events!

Collection times

Our pick-up time is Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.

Collection with prior notice

In order to obtain greater agility in guaranteeing the previously agreed shipment, let us know at least 24 hours in advance of the day and time of your collection.

Load distribution

It is the responsibility of the driver and/or carrier to balance the loading on the distribution of weights allowed per axle, in order to carry out the correct packaging of the goods. In the case of fines for traffic violation on highways for exceeding the axle weight limit, these fines will be the responsibility of the driver and/or carrier and will be forwarded for immediate payment.

Driver: safety rules

» Every driver must use the following PPE: Helmet, Safety glasses, Gloves, and boot with steel toe protection;

» Mandatory use of the green “X” vest provided at the Gate – return it when leaving;

» It is forbidden to enter the company wearing shorts, flip-flops, and tank tops;

» It is forbidden to take videos and photographs on company premises;

» Drivers will not be allowed to stay overnight on Vitopel premises;

» If there is any type of emergency in the company where the fire alarm is activated, the driver must remain close to the truck so that the emergency coordination team (Fire Brigade) seeks out a possible evasion of the vehicle;

» It is forbidden to change the oil or carry out vehicle maintenance on the company’s premises;

» It is forbidden to clean the bodywork in the truck parking lot and inside Vitopel’s premises;

» The maximum speed allowed is 10 km/h;

“Meals must be paid directly to the restaurant managers;

» Drivers will not be allowed to stay overnight on Vitopel’s premises;

» No other person is allowed in with the driver unless it is an identified assistant, with all proper documents, uniform, and correct PPE;

» It is forbidden for the driver to climb onto the bodywork to tie and cover the load.

» During forklift loading, the driver cannot be near the truck, in the forklift handling areas;

» Consumption of food and drinks on company premises is prohibited;

» Vehicles will undergo a visual inspection, either systematically or randomly, according to the level of safety, and the vehicle must be in perfect conditions of conservation, maintenance, and use;

» Forbidden to load on open top vehicle that needs to be covered manually/canvas.
